Yeppity beta privacy notice

Effective September 24, 2026

Yeppity is operated by Joshua Lora. This notice describes the Yeppity app, its planning service, this website, and support email. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@yeppity.me.

What the service receives

Why we use it

We use this information to identify your requests, control plan access, keep responses in sync, send reminders you choose, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and answer support requests. Yeppity does not include advertising or third-party advertising trackers. This website has no analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

Who can see it

Plan access is limited to identities approved by the organizer. The service stores and processes plan content; Yeppity does not provide end-to-end encryption for that content. Other participants can keep or share what they see. A copied plan link by itself does not grant service access.

Cloudflare hosts this website and the planning service. Apple processes push notifications and TestFlight distribution and feedback. Google Workspace processes support email. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their own service arrangements. We do not sell your personal information.

What reminders contain

The push service receives the device token and a generic reminder with a plan identifier. Opening the alert requires a fresh authorized read of the plan. A reminder already accepted for delivery may still arrive after you change your choice; the app checks current plan state when opened.

How long information stays

The service schedules plan content for deletion 30 days after the plan’s start time. Identity and device records remain until removed or the identity is deleted. Minimal deletion markers, operation receipts, and security records can remain to prevent replay or restored data from bringing back deleted access.

Support emails remain in our Google Workspace mailbox unless deleted. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence. Hosting-provider recovery copies may persist after an active-service deletion; restoring content must preserve current deletion markers and access restrictions. We do not promise that every provider-held copy is erased immediately.

Your choices

Reminders are optional. You can change your response, turn off a reminder, unregister notifications in Yeppity, or disable notifications in iOS. Use “Your identity and recovery” in the main app to delete your identity and associated active-service data. Wait for server confirmation. Messages cards, screenshots, and copies retained by others are outside that deletion.

There is no email/password account. If you lose the device identity and its recovery key, we cannot restore access based only on a name or email address. Never send a recovery key to support.

Beta testing and updates

TestFlight may share crash reports and feedback with the developer according to Apple’s TestFlight settings and terms. This notice will be updated if our practices change; the effective date appears above. Contact support@yeppity.me about access, correction, or deletion requests.
